  • 3-5 lb top round; sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 2 c soy sauce
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 of a 4 oz bottle of liquid smoke
  • ground red pepper to taste



Step 1

Add all ingredients to a resealable plastic bag. Squish bag to coat evenly all of the meat. Marinate overnight. Cook 8-10 hrs on high power of food dehydrator.
