French Onion Dip from Scratch

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups minced onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Caramelize onions. Heat oil, add onions and salt. Cook for 20 minutes on low to medium heat. Until onions turn brown. Cool.

Combine the rest of the ingredients with cooled onions. Refrigerate.
