Ingredients
- 2 teasp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets cut in strips
- 4 lg. plum tomatoes
- 2 cups asparagus cut diagonally
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup canned chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 teasp fresh parsley
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in oil and remove
Add tomatoes, asparagus and garlic and simmer
Then add chicken broth, grated parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, basi
parsley and pepper
Add chicken cook until hot and serve
