Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- garlic powder
- salt
- cornstarch eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken wings into 3 sections use wigettes, discard tips
Sprinkle chicken wings with garlic powder and salt.
Roll in cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs and brown in oil.
Place wings in shallow baking pan and pour sauce over them.
Bake 1 hr. @ 350 degrees.
Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 teasp. salt
1 teasp. accent
Combine and heat until sugar melts.
