  • 2/3 cup rice vinegar (not seasoned)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled ginger
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Shriracha sauce to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the vinegar, soy sauce, honey mustard, Shriracha, and ginger in a medium bowl, then add the vegetable and sesame oils in a slow stream, whisking until combined.
