Apple Cheese Ball
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup dried apples, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Combine the cream cheese, Cheddar and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in the apples. Shape into a ball, and then roll in the chopped pecans. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
