Roasted Red Potatoes & Vegetables (on grill)

Can also be done in oven on high heat but much longer cooking time. Can use other vegetables as well: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.

Ingredients
- 6 or so red potatoes, cut into wedges (smaller cook faster)
- 2 small yellow squash - cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 small zucchine (or 1 large) cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup onions - sliced
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 + Tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Put all in heavy duty foil, large enough to fold & close up.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cut butter into small pieces & place on top of vegetables.
Close up foil to make an envelope and seal ends.
Place on grill over direct heat. Grill 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally or until potatoes are tender
