Ingredients

  • 8-10 pork chops
  • 1 1/2 C ketchup
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 C pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Sear pork chops over medium high heat until browned on both sides. Transfer chops to baking dish in a single layer.

Combine ketchup, water, sugar, and vinegar in small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook until sauce begins to reduce and thicken.

Pour over chops and top with pineapple.

Cover and bake at 300 for 2 hours or until chops are done to your preference. Baking time will vary slightly with the thickness of the chops.
