Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 6 oz grated parm cheese
• salt/pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add garlic, stir well.
Add cream cheese (stirring constantly until creamy)
Add milk and parm. cheese.
Leave on low heat until you reach desired consistancy.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Thin with milk if needed.
