Sourdough Chicken Fried Steak (Grady Spears)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2-3 cups sourdough starter
  • 6 cube steaks
  • peanut oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge steaks in flour and then into sourdough starter, then back into the flour. Fry in peanut oil till brown and crispy.
