Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 8 peppers
  • meat loaf mixture
  • 1 small cabbage; shredded
  • 2 onion; sliced
  • 2 apple; sliced
  • ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

In bottom of casserole dish, place trimmings from peppers and shredded
cabbage, onions and apples.

Stuff peppers with meatloaf recipe and place closely together.

Fill with water to about half inch below top of peppers; cover with
ketchup.

Bring to boil on top of stove, reduce eat, cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours.
