Lipton Soup Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

• 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
• 1-1/2 pounds assorted fresh vegetables
• 2 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In plastic bag, toss all ingredients until vegetables are coated. Empty
into 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting panl discard bag. Bake, stirring once,
20 minutes or until vegetables are tender at 450 °F

Choose from zucchini, red or green peppers, carrots, celery, mushrooms.
