Ingredients
- ◾ 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil
- ◾ 4 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes with onions and peppers
- ◾ 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- ◾ 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ◾ 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- ◾ 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ◾ 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1.Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, drained tomatoes, salt, chili powder and pepper; cook 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese; let stand until cheese melts.
