Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- small onion chopped
- 2 T. ketchup
- 2 t. brown sugar
- 1/2 lb. corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut - squeeze out liquid
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together and bake 30 minutes. Serve with small pumpernickel breads, toasted. Or crackers!
