  • 2 Whole Chicken Breast, Raw
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 3/4 Cup Sliced Green Onion
  • 1 Cup Celery, Sliced
  • 1 Pkg Sugar Snap Peas, Frozen
  • 1 Jar Button Mushrooms
  • 3 Tblsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth
  • 1-1/2 Tblsp Cornstarch



Step 1

Bone and dice chicken. Toast almonda inoven. Cook chicken in oil for about 3 minutes. Stir and add onion, celery, peas, mushrooms and soy sauce. Cook 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of broth and cook 5 minutes. Add cornstarch to remaining broth. Add to mixture and cook until thick. Serve over rice.
