Lamb Chops or Roast

  • 1 large garlic clove; minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary; chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 lamb chops



Step 1

Stir together first five ingredients and coat lamb chops. Pam fry.

Can also coat a 4-5 pound bonesless leg of lamb with mixture. Place lamb on
a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
Decrease oven temperature to 350°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a
thermometer inserted in thickest portion of the lamb registers 120. Place
lamb on a cutting board. Cover loosely with foil; let stand for 15 minutes.
