Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound chicken; cut into strips
- 1 small onion; cut into strips
- 1 small red bell pepper; cut into strips
- 1 small green bell pepper; cut into strips
- 1 package fajita seasoning
- 1/3 cup Water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in oil for 4 -5 minutes, until no longer pink inside. Stir in
seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low; cook for 2
- 3 minutes until thickened.
Serve with warmed flour tortillas, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and
salsa.
