Ingredients
- ROAST:
- 3.5 - 4 lb. Boneless Pot Roast
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes, cut
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 jar drained mushrooms
- GRAVY:
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Trim fat from pot roast.
2. Combine flour, salt, pepper and coat meat.
3. Place all vegetables (except mushrooms) into crock pot.
4. Place roast on top, then spread mushrooms on top of roast.
5. Cook on low for 7 - 10 hours.
6. Turn to high for last hour.
7. To thicken gravy, make paste of flour and water, and stir into crock pot.
