Chocolate Cake (Hershey)

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C flour
  • 2 C sugar
  • 3/4 c cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C soy milk
  • 1/2 C veg oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add eggs, soy milk, vanilla and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in boiling water.
Pour into pans.
Batter will be thin-don't worry!


Bake in two 9 inch pans or a tube pan for 30-35 minutes at 350.
