Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs rinsed, large shrimp (approx 40-45)
- 1/3 cup sun harvest unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp minced garlic
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh if possible
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic 1-2 minutes or until softened but not browned. Add shrimp, green onion, wine and lemon juice; cook 1-2 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and firm. Do not overcook. Add parsley and salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
