Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chile oil or toasted sesame oil
- 1 small scallions; thinly sliced

Combine the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and then stir in the oil and scallion.
