Ingredients

  • 8 dried black mushrooms or fresh mush
  • 4 cups napa cabbage; shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 oz ground pork, chicken, or beef
  • 4 green onion; chopped
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon ginger; minced
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon rice wine or dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 30 potsticker wrappers
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Fold won tons corner to corner - wet corner and fold over.

Can fry or boil.
