Ingredients

  • filling:
  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c seedless raspberry preserves.
  • glaze:
  • 1/2 t fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c p sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350
Prepare filling with all ingredients except raspberry preserves
Make lg rectangle of roll and place in bottom greased 9x13
Spread cheese filling over and dot with preserves and spread as well as you can
Place other tube over roll over top
Brush top with egg white
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden
Cool completely or chill 2 hours
Prepare glzr and drizzle
