Tequila-Infused Apple Dessert Taco

Ingredients

  • Semi-sweet chocolate
  • Netella
  • Taco Shells
  • Carrots
  • McIntosh apple slices
  • Patron XO Tequila Coffee Liqueur (or another coffee liqueur will work just fine).
  • Cinnamon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave or over a double broiler.

Spread chocolate into a circle on wax paper. Fold over a crunchy taco shell and place in the freezer.

3While chocolate is freezing, fry thin strips of carrot until just cooked.

Simmer McIntosh apple slices in Patron XO Tequila Coffee Liqueur (or another coffee liqueur will work just fine).

Remove taco shell from freezer and peel off wax paper. Chocolate should stick to shell.

Spread nutella inside taco shell.

Add the apples, dollops of marshmallow fluff, and fried carrot strings.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and share with a friend!
