Cold water pie crust
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 C shortening
- 1/4 C cold water

Sift flour and salt. Add shortening and cut into flour mixture. Sprinkle water over the mixture as you go. (a little more water may be needed)
Roll dough into a ball and divide in half.
Roll each half of the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and trim to fit pie tin.
