Berry cheesecake parfaits
- 1 pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 1/2 C cold milk
- 1 1/2 C cool whip - divided
- 24 Nilla wafers - coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 C seasonal berries

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and then add pudding mix. Mix well then whisk in 1 C of the cool whip.
Layer in 8 parfait glasses wafers, berries, and pudding mixture and repeat. Top with remaining cool whip.
Chill and serve cold.
