Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup dry Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, sliced or cut into wedges (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper
Dredge the fillets in the cheese mixture
Pat the leftover mixture onto the fillets
Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes. If the tilapia is not yet crisp and browned, broil at 450 degress F for another 5 minutes
Dish and serve hot with lemon wedges
