Skewered Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves. crushed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

1 Place potatoes and water in 2- quart microwave-safe casserole; cover.
2 Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring after 8 minuter Drain.
3 Mix remaining ingredients until well blended Stir in potatoes. Refrigerate 1 hour. Drain, reserving marinade.
