Easy Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5-6 peeled and sliced uncooked potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 empty soup can of milk
  • 1/4 C minced onion
  • 1 small can of mushrooms - drained
  • 1-2 C cooked ham shredded or cubed (I use canned or left over)

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into a greased or sprayed baking dish and bake at 375 for 1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered or until potatoes are fork tender and the mixture is bubbly and beginning to brown at the edges.


Re-use the left overs! Refrigerate in a covered container and re-heat by melting a little butter in a skillet and stir frying potato mixture until heated through.
