Laverne's Green Cake w/Lemon Glaze

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup veg oil
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 sm box lime Jello
• 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
• Glaze:
• 1/3 cup Lemon juice
• cups powered sugar
• 2-3 drops of food coloring(green for cake yellow for glaze) adds to the name

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven 325
cook spray and flour 13 x 9 clear glass dish
mix egg, oil and water add Jello and cake mix
mix on med for 2 mins pour in dish and place on middle rack
Bake for 35 to 40 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
let sit 2-3 mins then poke holes 1 inch apart with a skewer
mix lemon and sugar
pour over cake and move around carefully with spatula to spread evenly and avoid pooling
