Ingredients
- 2 medium heirloom tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- a bit less than 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- little less than 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400F
Slice the Heirlooms thickly across or slices (or combo)
Combine all other ingredients and whisk
Brush tomatoes with dressing
Roast in Oven for ~20 minutes+ (less for thick slices, more for wedges)
