Ingredients
- 6-9 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes whole. Cube. Saute onions in the 2 tablespoons melted butter. Heat butter and soup. Turn off heat.
Add sour cream and onion. Add potatoes. Mix well.
Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with corn flakes.
Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes.
