cup fresh squeezed orange juice
cup honey barbecue sauce
Tbsp brown sugar
tsp chopped cilantro
Either steak or chicken works well with this sauce. Cut into cubes
Mix the basting sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside. Grill kabobs and turn every 2 minutes. After each side is cooked, baste with the sauce. If you're going to have more sauce available for individual use, make double the basting sauce recipe and DO NOT USE THE SAUCE AND BRUSH FROM THE GRILL WITH THE SAUCE TO BE SET ON THE TABLE.
