Egg White Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites (let them come to room temperature)
  • Add 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or pure vanilla powder
  • 3 T of birch xylitol
  • 2 T raw cacao
  • Whip with electric blender in high speed until becomes stuff
  • Set oven at 200 degrees

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven at 200 degrees.
Whip with electric blender in high speed until becomes stiff

Put parchment paper on your cookie sheet
And scoop about 2 T "blobs" on the cookie sheet
Bake for 1.5 hours and then turn off your oven and let them sit in the oven for another half an hour.
You can go crazy with these and add cinnamon or grated lemon or baking spice or sprinkle with nutmeg.
I did these for a snack and some cinnamon covered jicama.
