Ingredients
- 8 egg
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups carrot; grated
- 1 cup walnuts; chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- pinch Salt
- 1-1/2 cup matzo meal
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Step 1
Beat whites to peaks. Beat yolks and add sugar, cinnamon, salt, meal, and
oil. Fold in whites, carrots and nuts.
Bake one hour at 350 °F
