Ingredients
- 2 bunches Italian parsley
- zest and juice of 1-2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
- 2 tbs. capers, rinsed
- extra-virgin olive oil

Step 1
Place parsley, lemon zest, garlic, horseradish and capers in food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add lemon juice and enough olive oil to make a moist sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
