Ingredients
- 1 can of garbanzo beans (8 oz.)
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. tahini, including the oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (approximately 1.5 lemons)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in blender and blend til creamy. Add lemon juice or water if needed. To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Great with pita bread or crackers.
