Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of meat 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 deep dish pie crust
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. In medium skillet fry sausage or heat meat with a little oil until cooked. Remove meat, drain on paper towels. Reserve 2 tablespoons of fat. Sauté’ onion & green peppers in fat 2-3 minutes. Combine cheese & flour. Stir in meat and green peppers and onions. Spread in pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake on cookie sheet for 35-40 minutes or until brown set 15 minutes before cutting.
