Beer Cheese - Marianne Miles 1981-Pepe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 1/2 T. red pepper
  • 1 medium onion - chopped fine
  • 1/4 bottle Tabasco Sauce, or to taste
  • 1/4 bottle red hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1 bottle of stale beer - left out 6-8 hours

Preparation

Step 1

Grind together the cheese, garlic, chili powder, pepper, onion, and hot sauces. Mix with beer until smooth & refrigerate.
