Sherried Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 - 227 gr pkgs sliced mushrooms, about 9 cups
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large frying pan over medium high. When hot and bubbly, add mushrooms and thyme. Cook until mushrooms are tender, about 4 min. Add sherry, brandy and salt. Increase heat to high and stir until liquid is absorbed and mushrooms start to brown around edges, about 10 minutes. Season with fresh pepper.
