Ingredients
- 1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Cool slightly, add beaten eggs and nuts. Allow to cool thoroughly. Pour over the marshmallows. Put in refrigerator until firm and easy to handle. Divide into 3 logs on waxed paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Make into rolls. Wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight or until ready to serve. Slice about 1/2 inch when cold.
