Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 6oz container of Coconut Milk Plain yogurt.
- 1/2 a cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- dash of paprika (really - just a tiny sprinkle, it can be overpowering)
Preparation
Step 1
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge while cooking falafel. Makes enough for a few sandwiches.
