Ingredients

  • 4 cups zucchini; thinly sliced
  • 1 cup onion; chopped
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 egg
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoon spicy mustard
  • 8 oz crescent rolls (refrigerated pop up

Step 1


Cook together zucchini and onion in butter for 10 minutes. Add seasonings.
Mix together eggs and mozzarella and add to zucchini mixture.

Separate crescent rolls. Press triangles over bottom and sides of ungreased
10-inch pie plate. Spread crust with mustard. Pour veggie mix into crust.
Bake for 18 - 20 minutes @ 375 °F or until center is set. Cover and bake
for 10 minutes more. Remove and let set for 10 minutes.
