Ingredients
- Cinnamon Frosting:
- 3/4 Cup Margarine
- 1 3/4 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Walnuts
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Melted Margarine
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- Beat until smooth.

Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine til light and fluffy. Beat in sugars and eggs (one at a time). Beat in vanilla, then flour and baking powder. Stir in goodies and spread in well greased 15x10 baking pan.
Bake 40 minutes. Cool then frost.
