Ingredients
- 6 eggs; hard boiled
- 2-3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- dash curry powder
- dash lemon zest
- 1-1/2 teaspoon minced onion
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 3-4 oz caviar; drained, flaked
Preparation
Step 1
Chop eggs and mix with mayonaise. Add curry, lemon zest. Line bottom of
greased 8 inch spring form pan with egg mixture. Sprinkle with minced
onion.
Soften cream cheese and blend with sour cream. Spread over egg and onion.
Chill and cover.
Can be made two - three days before but don't put caviar on top until 1 - 2
hours before serving.
Top with caviar and serve with crackers.
