Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked, cooled, & grated
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 pound american or cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Put potatoes in greased slow cooker.
Saute onion in butter in skillet. Add mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and cheese.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover. Cook on low 3 hours.
Stir or toss lightly when ready to serve.
