Mustard Potatoes

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked, cooled, & grated
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 pound american or cheddar cheese



Step 1

Put potatoes in greased slow cooker.

Saute onion in butter in skillet. Add mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and cheese.

Pour over potatoes.

Cover. Cook on low 3 hours.

Stir or toss lightly when ready to serve.
