Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbls. liquid smoke
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbls. butter
- 2 tbls. wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 2 tbls. brown sugar
- 4 tbls. lemon juice
- 1 small bottle catsup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbls. worcester sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped celery

Preparation
Step 1
Roast brisket in open pan for approximately 3 hours at 325 degrees; make day before. Simmer sauce ingredients for 15 minutes. Sllice cold meat and arrange in covered casserole. Pour sauce over and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Slice very thin.
