cup pine nuts, coarsely chopped
cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
garlic clove, minced
tbsp olive oil
6-ounce halibut fillets
Preheat oven to 425F In a small bowl, combine pine nuts, parmesan, basil, garlic and oil;stir to blend. Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet and season to taste with salt. Pat the pine nut mixture onto the halibut, pressing lightly to make it stick. Bake in the center of the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque all the way through.
