Ingredients
- 8 oz. vanilla light soy milk
- 1 scoop Peanut Butter Whey Protein
- 1 medium size banana
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp chia
- 1/2 tsp espresso powder
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until well mixed.
2. Pour into glass and enjoy.
