Ingredients
- 1 pound creamed cottage cheese
- 2 oz Cream Cheese; room temperature
- 6 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- sour cream
- strawberry jam

Step 1
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter, and sugar in medium bowl. Add
flour, eggs lemon juice, and baking powder and stir well.
Spoon batter into greased 8 inch square baking pan with 2 inch sides. Bake
about 45 minutes at 350 °F until edges are light brown and souffle is
springy to touch. Cut into squares and serve, passing sour cream and jam
separately.
