Ingredients

    pound creamed cottage cheese

  • 2

    oz Cream Cheese; room temperature

  • 6

    tablespoon Butter, melted

  • 1/4

    cup Sugar

  • 1/2

    cup all-purpose flour

  • 3

    egg

  • 1/2

    teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2

    teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/2

    teaspoon Cinnamon

  • sour cream

  • strawberry jam

Directions

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter, and sugar in medium bowl. Add flour, eggs lemon juice, and baking powder and stir well. Spoon batter into greased 8 inch square baking pan with 2 inch sides. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 °F until edges are light brown and souffle is springy to touch. Cut into squares and serve, passing sour cream and jam separately.
